requires for healthy living. Additionally, fast food is cheap and readily available. This makes it a popular choice in comparison to
healthy food.
This still begs the question however, as to how one can tell the variations between junk
food and healthy food. Hence I will be elaborating more on aspects such as energy, taste as well as type of oil used in preparation. when we talk about food, the taste is a crucial factor. Due to the use of flavor
enhancers, junk food usually tastes delicious. While healthy food may taste bland, it can taste better
with extra effort.
